Terms of Purchase

By clicking “Buy Now,” “Purchase,” “Download,” or any similar checkout button, entering payment information, or confirming a transaction, you (“Client”) agree to purchase digital products, templates, web design, or services from Studio Saiz (“Company,” “we,” “us”). This legally binding contract governs your access and use of purchased materials.

Payment Terms

Client agrees to pay the full stated price upfront or per selected payment plan. For payment plans, you authorize automatic charges per the schedule. Late payments may suspend access and trigger collection. You agree to cover all recovery costs, including legal fees.

No Refunds

Digital products are non-refundable due to instant delivery. No exceptions for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or implementation challenges. Results depend on your effort, audience, and business—not guaranteed. Testimonials are illustrative, not promises.

Intellectual Property License

Purchased materials are licensed for your personal business use only (non-exclusive, non-transferable). You may not resell, redistribute, share, or use commercially beyond your own operations. All ownership remains with Studio Saiz.

No Warranties

Products provided “as is” for educational/marketing purposes. Not legal, financial, or professional advice. No guarantees of results, access, or error-free content. Use at your own risk. Studio Saiz is not liable for any damages from use or misuse.

Conduct

Don’t publicly disparage Studio Saiz. Resolve concerns privately first via hello@studiosaiz.com.

Governing Law

Disputes governed by Austrian law. Binding arbitration in Vienna. Prevailing party recovers costs/fees. No jury trials.

Severability

Invalid provisions don’t affect the rest. These terms supersede prior agreements.

You don’t need to show up fully assembled.

For a One-Page Site, you’ll get a simple “fill-in-the-blanks” guide. It tells you exactly what to write and what images to send. No perfection needed—just the essentials.

For a Full Studio Project, strategy and copywriting are often part of the process. We’ll help you find the words.

Note: You will need your branding (Logo + Colors) finalized first. If you don’t have that yet, let’s start with a Brand Identity sprint.

It depends on the scope, but here are the benchmarks:

One-Page Site:
We can sprint this in 48 hours once we have your content. It’s a rapid, high-energy build designed for speed.

Full Studio Project:
Typically 4–6 weeks from kickoff to launch. This allows time for deep strategy, custom design iterations, and a rigorous QA (Quality Assurance) phase.

Note: The biggest delay is usually waiting for content. If you have your text and photos ready, we can move much faster.

It depends on the scope.

For a One-Page Site:
We need the basics: your logo, colors, and font preferences. If you don’t have these, I can create a simple “Starter Kit” (logo type + color palette) to get us moving.

For a Full Studio Project:
Yes—branding comes first. A great website is built around your brand identity, not slapped on top of it.

Don’t have a brand identity yet? No problem. We can add a “Brand Discovery” sprint to your project and build it together before we touch the website.

Yes. I take tech completely off your plate—domain connection, hosting setup, SSL security, and core SEO settings. You get a key-in-hand solution that just works.

For the One-Page Site:
You handle the purchase of your domain and hosting (I’ll send you a link to the best provider), and I handle the rest. I’ll give you a simple checklist so you never feel lost.

(Already have a mess of old domains or broken hosting? I can clean that up for you, too.)

You can pay a 50% deposit to book your slot, and the remaining 50% before launch.
Or, if you prefer smaller bites, we can split it into 4 monthly payments.
